Our law firm advises clubs, associations and companies, but also individual sports people in this growth market. Our legal focus lies in corporate, taxation and contract law consultancy with particular reference to sport specific aspects. We take the view that sports law is a multi-disciplinary field, requiring an eye for possible challenges in contract and labor law, associations and licensing law, media and personality law, non-profit challenges as well as the varied business organization format of sport and its actors.
We see our task as offering assistance to our clients in a market which is growing in complexity, and in particular as showing structural possibilities in the conflict area between business and sporting success.
