Corporate Legal Services

In corporate law the spectrum of services ranges over the formation of companies, shareholders` and annual general meetings, capital increases and reductions or the amendment of articles of association, as well as corporate restructuring and M&A transactions, especially share transfer agreements. Within the preparation of drafts by the notary department, risks and alternative structures for all involved parties will be assessed, before the transaction is finely executed through certification and, where necessary, inclusion in the commercial register.

Certification of property transfer

In real estate law, land transfer/purchase agreements including the creation of land charges are a main emphasis of the activity, which, like construction contracts or lease agreements, have to be created and implemented in the interests of all involved parties.

Company and property succession

A further central aspect of notarial activity is the field of company and property succession, which is often closely interconnected with corporate law. Here notary activity covers advising the parties in an individual and strategic manner on the creation of wills, prenuptial and succession agreements, as well as the creation of anticipatory succession arrangements in view of the legal requirements of succession, family and corporate law.
