Our law firm advises on all fields of German and European Antitrust and Competition Law. Our legal consultancy services include the scrutiny of company articles, supply agreements and other transfer agreements as well as distribution systems with regard to their compliance with German and European antitrust law. We see our main task as identifying potential antitrust law problems at the early contract creation stage and indicating individualised alternative solutions before implementing them in contractual arrangements.
A further focus of our advisory services is the conduct of national, multinational and European merger control procedures. We support our clients from the assessment of the need for notification to the service of the merger control application through to the representation before the German and European antitrust authorities. For multinational applications we provide prompt implementation through our partner firms all over the world while ourselves coordinating the individual merger control procedures.
In addition we represent our clients against the antitrust authorities and before antitrust courts, supporting and representing companies in legal competition proceedings against competitors.
We also give specialist support to our clients in associated legal areas such as European law on aid and national subsidy as well as other issues of general European law.
